Our dedicated server is hosted by ServerBeach and is located in their Herndon, Virginia facility. Their secure-access facility has multiple backup power options to ensure uptime of over 99%. For more information on this Serverbeach facility,

Backups
Your data (database entries, files, plans, etc.) is backed up to another server on a nightly basis. In the event of a system-wide emergency that requires data recovery, we can restore the entire system back to the previous day's data backup.
These backups are intended to protect your data in the event of catastrophe. We do not systematically perform any account level backups – or versioning – for individual subscribers.

Privacy
We will not share your personally identifiable information, including Registration Information, with third parties without your consent. Whitney Veigas has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
